Effective Communication Skills to Improve the Quality of Personal and Professional Relationships, One Interaction at a Time

From the bedroom to the boardroom, from the classroom to the war zone, Nonviolent Communication (NVC) provides easy to grasp, effective communication skills to get to the root of conflict, pain and violence peacefully. By examining the unmet needs behind what we do or say, NVC helps reduce hostility, heal pain and strengthen professional and personal relationships.

NVC is now being taught in corporations, classrooms, prisons and mediation centers around the globe. And it is affecting cultural shifts as institutions, corporations and governments integrate NVC consciousness into their organizational structures and their approach to leadership.

“Marshall Rosenberg’s dynamic communication techniques transform potential conflicts into peaceful dialogues.”

John Gray, author, Men Are From Mars, Women Are From Venus

International peacemaker, mediator, self help book author, and founder of the Center for Nonviolent Communication, Dr. Marshall Rosenberg passed away on Feb. 7, 2015. During his life, he taught NVC throughout the year, with emphasis on ten International Training Intensive programs. More than 180 certified trainers and hundreds more teach NVC in 35 countries to tens of thousands of people each year.
