Promotional Book Campaign ~ Request Conditions

We're excited by the potential of this promotion campaign, yet we are entirely dependent on people like you to ensure it can continue.

Prior to completing our request form, please review the conditions and requests outlined below. Each request will help us gain a clear picture of the benefit this campaign is having in our promotion efforts - in turn helping ensure its continuation.

To receive complimentary books or booklets through this campaign, we ask that you be willing to:

	Agree to acknowledge receipt of the shipment of materials by phone or email.
	Agree to NOT sell the materials
	Agree to give these materials away ONLY to "persons of influence." We define this as: A) Tier One: high level decision-maker (administrator/executive/prominent figure/public leader); or B) Tier Two: those able to influence 15 or more through their application or endorsement (i.e teacher, 12-step group leader, program manager, etc.).
	Agree to supplement this giveaway with one or more of the following materials - to help ensure that the recipient is clear on follow-up opportunities, and your specific requests related to providing the materials: Booklet Campaign Cover Letter - templates and samples are available for you to adapt on the Book/Booklet Campaign section of our website Information on upcoming learning opportunities - this could be a flyer/brochure/newsletter outlining upcoming area workshops, connection to an area NVC group/organization or trainer, information on starting a practice group, etc. PuddleDancer Press Catalog - this outlines all of the titles available from PuddleDancer Press CNVC Newsletter Other Supplemental Materials available on the Promotion Toolkit, including testimonials, endorsements, articles on NVC, etc.
	Agree to respond to a web-based survey we email to you within 30 days of receipt of the materials. This survey should only take 2-7 minutes and will help us understand the impact of the contact(s) you've made.
